I’m Adam Baird (he/him) — a creative technologist, photographer, and startup consultant based in Vancouver, BC. I work with independent studios, creators, and early-stage media ventures to build tools and businesses that empower creative communities.

I’ve led technology and operations for top digital media brands, most recently as Head of Technology at Rooster Teeth (Warner Bros. Discovery). I’ve also consulted with creators and companies including MrBeast, Unspeakable, and FloSports, helping teams scale, streamline, and distribute with confidence.

Beyond tech, I’m a photographer drawn to dramatic skies, wildlife, and real human moments. I started on film, spent a decade on DSLRs, and now shoot mirrorless — though I still carry my Canon A-1 and a Polaroid everywhere.

I live in Vancouver with my partner, Meagan, and our dog, Nova.
