I'm Adam Baird. (he/him)

A diverse creative technologist and photographer based in Vancouver, BC.

My life is beautifully complemented by my partner, Meagan, and our silly dogs, Skyewalker and Nova.

I've led technology and operations for top digital media brands, currently serving as the Head of Technology at Rooster Teeth, a Warner Bros. Discovery company. I've previously consulted for renowned creators like MrBeast Philanthropy, Unspeakable and FloSports, specializing in scaling businesses, developing innovative workflows, and driving technical excellence.

I love taking photos – my passions span events, astrophotography, wildlife, sports, dynamic weather conditions, and sweeping landscapes. My journey began in high school with film, transitioned to DSLRs for nearly a decade, and has now evolved to using mirrorless cameras — though I still put a roll through my Canon A-1 or can be found with a vintage polaroid.

I have a deep-seated enthusiasm for events that gather people together.
