I'm Adam Baird. (he/him)

Creative technologist, photographer, and startup consultant based in Vancouver, BC.

I’ve led technology and operations for top digital media brands, most recently as Head of Technology at Rooster Teeth (a Warner Bros. Discovery company). I’ve also consulted with creators like MrBeast, Unspeakable, and FloSports — helping teams scale, streamline, and distribute with confidence.

Outside of tech, I’m a passionate photographer drawn to dynamic weather, starry skies, wild animals, and real human moments. I started with film in high school, spent a decade on DSLRs, and now shoot mostly mirrorless — though I’ll always keep a roll in my Canon A-1 and a Polaroid in my bag.

These days, I consult with independent studios, creators, and early-stage media ventures. I’m also exploring ways to back startups building better tools for creative communities — because this space deserves more thoughtful infrastructure and better allies.

I live in Vancouver with my partner Meagan and our quirky dogs, Skyewalker and Nova.
