I’m Adam Baird (he/him) — a creative technologist, photographer, and startup consultant based in Vancouver, BC. I work with independent studios, creators, and early-stage media ventures to build tools and businesses that empower creative communities.
My background sits at the intersection of media and engineering. I’ve led technology and operations for top digital brands like Rooster Teeth (a Warner Bros. Discovery company) and consulted for major creators and companies including MrBeast, Unspeakable, and FloSports. My goal is simple: help teams scale, streamline, and distribute their work with confidence.
Beyond the tech stack, I’m a photographer drawn to dramatic skies, wildlife, and real human moments. While I spent a decade shooting on DSLRs and now use mirrorless, I still carry my Canon A-1 and a Polaroid everywhere I go.
I live in Vancouver with my partner, Meagan, and our dog, Nova.
